Samara will have your heart rate up while you move through a variety of different movements at your own pace. Each session will work your heart and lungs and give almost every muscle in your body a workout. Sessions involve a warm-up and cool-down, bodyweight exercises, running and stretching.
This 8-session Live Stream series premieres on February 1st. Bodyweight Flow participants may choose to take all eight sessions (the best choice), four sessions (a good investment) or a single session.
Students who purchase the entire eight sessions will receive a link (via email) to a recording of each session within 24 hours of the class.
