Deep Relaxation Yoga

Deep Relaxation Yoga focuses on a deep and guided relaxation of the body, mind, and spirit through asana and restorative poses, as well as breath awareness, acupressure points, reiki and more Through breath-focused movement, we will explore gentle moves that are designed to calm the nervous system and bring us to a place of relaxation and restoration. You will notice improved sleep, a more alert mind, and more energy in your day.
If you love dance and other physical activity, this class is an excellent way to get a deep stretch and repair the small muscle tears we all acquire from strenuous physical activity.
Beginners’ Bollywood Description

Bollywood is the name of the Indian Film industry. Bollywood movies are synonymous with dance. Bollywood dance is a fascinating blend of classical Indian dance forms, folk dances from all regions of India, as well as western dance forms such as hip hop, jazz, salsa, you name it.
Beginners’ Bollywood is designed with newcomers in mind- newcomers to dance, and newcomers to Bollywood. The focus is not on perfection, but on enjoyment and empowerment through movement. Moves are easy to follow while being energetic, graceful and fun. There are always modifications offered to allow accessibility to all ages and physical needs.
This class is low impact.
All levels welcome.
